Sky stream won’t work

Just signed up to sky stream - been working fine for the last week now says can't use it without a subscription ? I have a subscription so confused

Hi @Ash25 

 

There have been a few reports of this, it's a bug. Power off at the mains for at least two minutes and then power back on and hopefully should clear it.
