Sky stream won’t connect to the internet

I have sky stream and started having issues with it connecting to the internet ? It connects to the router ok and my other connections are fine like tv and phone etc to the internet but just the stream won't connect ??? Its been fine for the past x1 month of using it but just won't connect anymore ?? I've tried all the resets
