Sky stream went back to home page

I just went to channel list watched gold channel for a few minutes and it stopped and it went back to homepage and no channel was shown and I went back to it after a few minutes and it came back to gold

@Jonathan85 Sounds as though you might have a software glitch in the puck so try a reboot.

Switch off your Glass or Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.
