I will be out of the country for several months. Is there an option to temporarily suspend my sports packages? If so, will it be effective immediately or is it something I have to link to the billing date?
TIA

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@OvacikJohn If you're in a 18 month discounted term then no, you can't pause any packages.
If you're on a rolling monthly contract you can stop the subs within your sky account normally its 31 days notice.
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs You should see an option to remove when you select the down arrow

Thanks @GD1
Yup, rolling contract and I see the remove option. Note your comment about 31 days.
Going on from there......when I return and add the subscriptions back in, will it turn on immediately and will it be at the "current" going rate as opposed to my pre-removal rate?

'Several months' from now would be past the April 1st annual price rise, which this year is likely to be at least 6%

Is the Puck your property?
When did you take possession of the Puck?
Pucks supplied after February 2023 remain the property of Sky and must be returned to Sky when the subscription is cancelled😉

I don't intend to cancel the WHOLE subs., only the expensive bits that I won't be using.
The puck is also required for the Ultimate package with Netflix. Happy to continue paying for that to keep the contract in place.
