Sky stream, uhd pack query

I have sky stream, with the uhd pack added,

What channels do you get in uhd, and do the channels change to uhd instead of saying hd.

The only channels which stream live in UHD are a couple of sports channels. 

Everything else you stream on demand.

If you have the uhd pack, it will switch over the order of the HD to the UHD channels in the EPG/tv guide channel list.

The two Live Sky Sports channels are Sky Sports Main event UHD and Sky Sports F1 UHD.

On busy sporting weekends  you will also see the Ultra HD channel show selective live sport, that is also available to launch from the respective Sky Sports channel.

Cricket and football are the main other regular UHD live broadcasts as apart of the Ultra HD channel.

This last weekend was the first time we had golf in true UHD/HDR for the Augusta masters.

On the F1 channel all the other content like the Indycar and Ferrari series are also broadcast in UHD/HDR.

The Sky Sports Main event shows many sports, some of it upscaled to UHD/HDR

For on demand you will be able to play a lot of the content from the Sky named channels like  Sky Cinema, Sky Witness, Sky Atlantic, Sky, One, Sky Nature, Sky Arts.

The UHD pack also allows you to play out Dolby Atmos, when it's available for sport (not available on F1) and the series and films as above.

With all the above, you can add to your playlist to play back later/easier and sports will add a cloud recording of the live broadcast for a few weeks until it transfers over to the ON demand asset.

Without a Sky Sports subscription, none.

Despite UHD having been available on Sky hardware since Q was launched in 2016, there's still no dedicated UHD entertainment channel, and frankly might never be.

It's possibly more likely once satellite transmission ceases, because there's a considerably higher cost to shift the data volume generated by 4K resolution over an orbital link.
