Hi @janban56 welcome to the forum. The first thing to try at any time when the puck is misbehaving is to reboot it by unplugging it from the wall socket and leaving it for a couple of minutes before plugging it in again. It then takes about a minute to reboot.
If that doesn't help then please provide some information describing the exact problem and any error messages you may be getting.
