Sky stream tv is not connecting

We have a sky subscription for tv channels and broadband

our tenants told me they activated it but they haven't as when we tried on 27th there was an issue with the account. We logged it and are awaiting a call back within 72 hours

nearly 72 hours and nothing

we have paid for our first month but so far can only use the broadband til someone sky end recrifies

please advise as want to use the really adap

@GemmaPrice Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below

@GemmaPrice @What was the issue when you tried to activate? It's possible one of us may have seen it before and may know a fix that doesn't require Skys help.
