Discussion topic: Cannot get sky puc to connect to remote

Have tried all reset options but nothing works. Battery ok, hdmi ok, Wi-Fi connected etc

Try taking the batteries out of the remote and leaving them out for a couple of hours before putting them back in and see if that helps
