Hi there
My sky stream puck is staying no wifi connection but laptop connected , phones connected to wifi. I've been through all the resets , turning on/ off puck, broadband . Spent 2 hours to no avail- help !

Hi @Rak56 I know you say you have already tried the various resets but I have had this issue from time to time and find that the following procedure always gets the internet connected again:
Put your Glass or puck into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV (or puck) and router. Leave for a few minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet
If that doesn't resolve the issue then have a look at the following links to see if they help:

If your still having issues I would give Sky a call for additional troubleshooting.

Can you connect with an ethernet cable? It may be that the WiFi antenna in your puck is faulty, in which case you'll need to ring Sky and ask for a replacement.

Thanks for your reply ,I have an ethernet cable connected into the puck too

We took ethernet cable out of puck and plugged it in to modem,then reset modem and then puck and it worked,I also took out aerial out of puck as not needed.Sky advisor was brilliant,so patient!!!
