Sky stream sounds robotic

Can anybody help me, my sky stream box today on every channel, app the sound is broken, like poor service on a phone. I've already done the standard, reboot unplug etc nothing seems to work, have also changed hdmi. And my internet speed is normal. 

 

Any suggestions?

@Tess92  Have you tried adjusting the sound setting in the Sky Stream settings Menu?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
