Sky stream signal affected by buses

Hi, I've just got Sky stream and the signal is terrible. Internet all running fine but I have noticed that every time a bus stops outside, my Sky Stream freezes and I have to reset and reconnect to the WiFi. Anyone else had this or got any solutions?
Thanks in advance 🙂

@LisaJean24  By any chance is your hub near the window?  If it it is move it as all your doing is sending the wifi signal outside and not around the home.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Sky stream signal affected by buses

Get a WiFi analyser on a smartphone or laptop and see what channel your router is using and then have a look at what happens when a bus stops outside.

If your local buses have public WiFi they could be interfering with your connection, so move channels if necessary.

Best option is to disable WiFi and use an ethernet connection from router and puck.

Re: Sky stream signal affected by buses

It's possible that the bus has a 5G mobile service running to provide WiFi on the bus and this could be causing interference with your WiFi. Unlikely but not entirely impossible.
