Sky stream showing a technical issue on tv screen

App says broadband wifi good, but we can't get info about your streaming TV right now.

@Les78  Have you tried a reboot?

 

Are you connecting over wifi?  What speed is the puck getting over wifi?  You can do a speedtest through the Netflix app

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
