Puck box doesn’t work
We have 2 box's 1 upstairs 1 downstairs the 1 downstairs doesn't work it has no sound on the sky channels

@DeanSpencer So it does work, just there is no sound?
Have you tried either rebooting the puck and adjusting the sound options in the puck settings menu.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
