Sky puck for bedroom tv not working probably only used for60hrs if that should last longer not impressed phoned told it's 50pounds.As a customer for over 20 years personally I think that's not good if it was 20 pounds then okay,But should last a lot longer. Paul Hill

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sandra1957 Your post is rather confusing, if the puck isn't working it should be replaced free of charge as these are loaned.
However you need to advise in what way is it not working? Does it power on?

The only "grey" area is if you purchased this puck before they became a loan item on the 23rd of February 2023. As you have only used it for 60 hours I assume that this is unlikely.
If a puck fails that was originally a purchased item I'm not sure what course of action Sky take. Do they ask you to rent a new puck and incur the supply charge?
Im sure that other second hand purchase options are available.

There are a ton of second hand pucks on eBay but just how legitimately many of them can be sold is impossible to tell. Very few listings make a point of mentioning whether they were customer owned, so you run the risk of purchasing a loaned puck which is essentially stolen property.

You are obviously correct and Sky would not allow you to add a stolen puck to your account.
If I were to leave Sky and sell my six pucks which I own I would shout about their legitimacy. Any sales which do not do so should be avoided!
But I digress. The OP needs to provide more details of the issue.
