Sky stream puk not working

To be able to try to help, we'll need more than 'not working'.

In what way? What's it not doing that it should? Lights on the front panel?

The white lights are on but it's not coming up with anything on my tv not tried all the resets etc and on different tvs and it still don't work

Are you selecting the correct HDMI source on your TV?

Have you tried switching out the HDMI cable?
