That would be correct as if Amazon have the on-demand rights to that film then that is what the playlist will link to. Just because a film is broadcast on a TV channel it doesn't mean that the broadcaster has the on-demand rights for that film on their own catch-up service.
When you open the film on the playlist, scroll down to the Available Now section and it will show you all the on-demand services that the particular film is available on.
