Sky stream puck

Recently ordered Sky stream TV and broadband (broadband not to be installed for at least another 4 weeks) 

 

the puck is constantly crashing and freezing, when it's not on a black screen the picture pixelates every 30 seconds or so. 

I've checked the connection through the Netflix app and it's getting over 400mbps, any ideas please.

 

Ive reset the puck and also unplugged from mains etc,

 

any help is appreciated!
