Sky puck not working
We have sky glass downstairs and a sky streaming puck upstairs. The puck is not working. First we noticed the sound was out of sink, so we restarted it and it got better till next time it was turned on. Now its says there is no WiFi connection. Can anyone offer any advice on what to do?

You need to check that the puck is receiving a fast and stable enough broadband connection. Stream pucks rely entirely on you providing this or they just will not function adequately.
Open the Netflix app on the puck and run a network check from the get help menu (top left when you click on your profile). This will tell you the speed it's receiving. You need a minimum of 25Mbps but ideally a lot more to sustain a reasonable service.
