Sky stream puck
Has anyone else had this problem with sky stream puck freezing a lot and have to kep resetting it? Any tips on how to prevent this?

@Rainbowpaws75 Your post has been moved from the Sy Go Board as this isn't a Sky Go PC/Mobile App related issue.
If your stream puck freezes it's likely down to poor wifi.
On the Stream Puck open Netflix and go to Get Help, run connection test, what speed is being received by the puck?
