Sky stream puck won’t find Samsung tv to be able to control volume
Just set up sky stream, but I can't get the remote to control our Samsung tv. Tried adding the model number but it says not found and now says tv is not supported. Is there anything we can do?

Rather than using the model number search, try going through the options one by one. It didn't detect my particular LG TV but the second suggestion they have worked anyway.
