Unwanted Audio Description on Sky Stream (MTV Teen Mum UK)

Got a sky stream today and partner is trying to watch Teen Mum UK on sky stream and has unwanted audio description

 

AD is turned off in accessibility settings, have tried the 3 dots however when I go right twice to Audio Track the only option is English

 

Have tried resetting but no joy, any ideas please?

Hi @ciara_keane 

 

Try unplugging your Puck from the wall for a few minutes and then plug it back in and see if the correct track is returned.
