Keeps saying unsuccessful connection. It used to work but all of a sudden wont work and when I try to connect the screen itself freezes. Tried the usual reset, on and off ect. Can't use earthnet for it due to it being an upstairs TV and the WiFi box is downstairs.

@Leah221Try the following: Put the puck into Standby and then unplug both the puck and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your puck back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.
If you wanted to use Ethernet but it is not practical you could always consider powerline adapters
which are about £35 on Amazon. Don’t waste money on a Gb model as Glass and Stream Ethernet ports only support 100mbps.

Re: Sky stream puck won't connect to wifi.
Had sky stream since May and have had nothing but problems with puck freezing . Lost count how many times this has happened and have had to watch tv through apps on my tv as fed up unplugging etc Beem told its a connectivity issue with WiFi but as I don't have WiFi guarantee, didn't think I would need this as 1 puck super fast fibre for broadband and only me in the flat so not tons of appliances . Told to record each time when on the phone today and got fed up after 5 issues after being on the phone for 40 mins and restarted everything....HELP!!! Losing the plot with Sky
