Sky stream puck total sound failure

Good evening folks,

My primary puck is periodically experiencing total sound failure.  When this happens I've tried switching channels if watching live TV and flicking between apps but the sound remains dead unless I do a system reset.  This is occurring at least once or twice a day.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and have any ideas for a resolution?

@Anders73  Instead of a system reset if you lose sound go to the setting smenu, Sound & Picture settings, then Sound, select passthrough for example, this should restore sound, then you should be able to set it back to the original settings.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
