Just received 2 sky pucks in the post. Plug on them is huge, how are these meant to fit on wall hung tv?

@crg2  Perhaps you could use another socket that isn't behind the TV?    It seems a lot of wall hung TV installations don't take into account that plugs can be of varying sizes.

If you'te trying to install the puck behind a wall mounted TV my advise is don't as  apart from poor wifi due to the TV blocking the signal, overheating may welll also be an issue.

Thanks I was hoping to avoid seeing wires and have a nice clean finish. Feel let down by sky when discussing options to change from sky Q following house move as this issue should have been highlighted

You wouldnt have had your Sky Q box behind the TV surely? so any other box shouldn't be any different.

Sky can only provide the TV service. They don't know nor care about the aesthetics of your living room I'm afraid.

They'll tell you that Sky Stream can function wirelessly over WiFi, but it's usually assumed you'll understand that the puck still needs power and an HDMI cable to your TV.
