Sky puck

Iv just received the sky package today I have got the broadband set up.  I plugged in the sky streaming and into the back of tv but it says downloading but still stays at 0% and does not move

Hi @Yvonne101 and welcome to the forum.  This has frequently happened and the general recommendation is to connect via an ethernet cable whilst setting up the puck.  You can revert to Wi-Fi after it is setup.
