Sky stream puck not connecting

My sky stream puck keeps losing internet connection. 

Then when I reset the Internet, or won't go to the home screen. So I do a full reset of the box. And now it's just stuck on the downloading page. Not doing anything. 

I've had to reset the box many times in the past few weeks as well. 

Any ideas? Or do I need a new puck ?

How fast is your internet ? Who is it with ? How are you connecting to the internet ?

if your stream is too far from the router you may want to consider a mesh network or powerline adapters
