@Skyaccount1 Have you tried unpluggingt he puck for 1 minute and then plug back in?

Hi yeah I've tried everything, it will let me select a channel then when I press ok, it just jumps straight back to the main menu, so basically I can't watch sky, I've reset remote, unplugged the sky device and nothing helps?
