Sky Stream - Apps UHD quality

Hi - Sky Streaming Netflix AppleTV+ and Amazon Prime video apps have inferior picture quality than their tv app and AppleTV app counterparts.  Set to UHD quality in Sky app.  I was expecting full UHD....

The apps on Stream aren't stored locally on the device but pulled from Sky's servers but the quality shouldn't be any different to normal.

The only issue I've had with any of the apps is that AppleTV defaults to Dolby Vision which my TV doesn't support and Prime doesn't support HDR10+ via Stream but it does from my TV's app. 

Because of these issues, I tend to use the native TV apps for anything UHD and the Puck apps for HD stuff such as Paramount+

Disney, paramount plus and Netflix are great on my glass 

prime on the other hand is a lot better quality wise on my firestick
