Sky stream puck linking issues

Got sent a puck with someone else's account on. Reset it to get the same account. Thought, maybe they messed up and it's actually mine so I put in my 4 digits to my mobile number and nothing. When clicking not me, it goes to the blue screen of death, basically as it does absolutely nothing! Brand new customer to sky, EE fibre the fastest speed, no problems with WiFi. Been trying all day! So much for, plug and play, hassle free, guarantee! Anyone else with the same problem? Don't want to phone them as EE customer for mobile not Sky, only TV with sky. It costs a fortune!

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
