My Sky TV won't start up

My 4 lights are all green but when I press the power button on the Sky remote the smaller box just flashes a white light, and nothing loads up on the TV.

I'm guessing you mean all 4 lights on your broadband Hub, and the smaller box is your Sky Stream Puck.

I'll move your post to the Stream forum. It's definitely not a Sky+ issue.

First thing to try is to turn your Puck off at the plug for 30 seconds or so, then see if it will start up ok.

You have connected the small Sky Stream puck to your TV via HDMI cable and selected the appropriate HDMI input on your TV haven't you?
