Sky stream puck keeps freezing

Hi all I have 2 sky stream pucks connected to a mesh WiFi system. The one running downstairs has no issues the one in the bedroom constantly freezes loses sound and blank screens. We have to constantly in plug and restart it. I've hard wired the network incase it was WiFi it still does the same. I have logged onto my app and it says that there is no issues.

Hi @Spud12968 

 

When you plugged it in via Ethernet did you disable WiFi in the puck settings? It will still try WiFi over ethernet unless disabled.

 

Also try swapping the pucks over. If you have issues with the same puck it's likely puck related and you can ask sky to replace, if the previously working puck plays up it would point to an environmental issue that needs further troubleshooting.

Swapped over but still doing the same. I'll contact sky and ask for a replacement

Contacted Sky , they reset my puck. It hasn't missed a beat since so fingers crossed it's sorted ✔️🤞
