Try swapping them around and that will help rule out environmental factors. Also worth running a speed test on the puck in netflix (left hand menu > help help > connection check) to give you an idea if it's it's accesaing your network normally.
If it's still playing up you will need to speak to Sky for a replacement (we are fellow subscribers here on the community).
