Sky puck to sky glass is not working

No power store to sky glass pick been like this all day

@SarahBeye  Can you clarify what the issue as as it's not very clear from your post.

I had plugged my sky puck into the power source and it is not switching on I have plugged it into the main electric and the light flashing for about 5 seconds and the puck is dead, I have unplugged all left it 2 minutes plugged back in nothing no light no message and done a rest nothing work how to fix issue.
