My remote

My sky wasn't used for three months while I was on holiday got back 2 days ago and my stream box had switched off. Got it working again but can't get my remote control to work

Follow the steps outlined in this help guide: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass

 

It will likely need resetting and repairing with your Sky Stream box.
