Sky stream programmes no loading

New Sky customer . Broadband and phone installed yesterday , 25 Oct. Broadband (72 mbps) and phone seem to be fine, Stream not so good.  No live programmes will load. programmes are added to play list but will not load. The help videos will not load. All the apps including Netlix are fine. The Guide is working.

I down loaded Sky Go to two devices and live programmes are working.

Any ideas?

I've tried on two different rooms, two different tvs, with wifi and ethernet and switchefd on and off many times.

I rang Sky and a very helpful person thought it was a faulty setup and talked me through a factory reset.
Now seems to be working fine. Looks great.
