Joined Sky Stream and broadband last week but received an email stating cancellation
Hi,
I joined sky stream and broadband two weeks ago.
I'm still new, as the Sky Stream puck has arrived but the broadband box hasn't. The person OpenReach has to come to my house to check something of another, next week.
Today I received an email stating:
"Hello (my real name),
We're just letting you know that the following products with us will be cancelled on 08 November.
Your products
•Sky Stream puck
..."
I haven't cancelled and I dont want to. I dont understand.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

Hi @Tarthur9505
No we are fellow customers here on the community. You will need to call sky by dialling 150 from your sky landline or mobile or from the number listed here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/viewing-help
Either it's been sent in error or something gone wrong and they have actually cancelled it. Does your account in the my sky app show anything? I.e in TV under sky stream does it say "yours until Xx".
The other possibility is it is a scam. Don't call any numbers etc listed on the email and use a trusted number from trusted sources.
