Thank you for your post on the Sky Community... I just need some more detail from you to investigate.

• Could you tell me what channel this is from? 
• If not a channel, which app?
• And what piece of content, series and episode
• Any patterns you've noticed?

Hi Chloe,

For us it was noticed when accessing a programme through Playlists when selecting it say 30 mins (for example) after the programme has started airing and the programme is one hour long, so we're watching from the beginning while the programme is still airing in real time. We noticed it when watching Love Island, so ITV2/ITVX. Cannot pinpoint exactly which episodes though but I'd say it has been happening 50% of the time, although certainly no more than that.

For me I only seems to happen on the Sky Sports F1 channel. 

On playlist, not live. 

I'm pretty sure I happens if I pause it mid play.
