My farther is a resident is a care home and has issues with Sky streaming where by when he watchs Sky sports (football) the programe keeps jumping and replying, to a point where he cannot watch and then gives up and switchs of the TV.
His care home has an internet speed of 320Mbps.
As he very eldery (91) he relies on Sky tv on a day to day basis to keep him connected with the outside world.
Please can you contact me direclty to discuss how to resolve this ongoing issue.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tony1559 You are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum and Sky do not routinely make outward support calls. Unless Sky know you are authorised to speak on your father's behalf they cannot talk to you. The esiest way to get thst sorted is to call Sky when you are with your father so he can ask them to talk to you.
Speed of the broadband is one thing but as if not more important is the speed the puck gets over WiFi you can check thst by running the Network Test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app. If the WiFi is flaky that would explain the issue.
