Hi,
Has anybody else experienced this issue that subtitles go out of sync when I fast forward or skip ads on any program which is native to sky? I would need to close the program and play again to resolve the issue everytine. I do not experience the problem in apps. Just when playing a sky program.

I have followed all the steps but issue persists. And I can no longer see community message option
