Update guys , unplugged everything , cables. Pucks router etc,
Re connected it all back up , reset pucks , followed all your suggestions ,
Results , puck 2 has settled down (that was really bad , pixelating every few seconds)
Puck 1 which is 6ft away from sky router in clear line off sight has now started pixellating ,
- So where do i go from here , i just signed up to a 48 month deal , its only been 3months , 🤷♂️🙋♂️
With Puck 1 being so close, would suggest trying an ethernet cable connection to your router and leave the other puck as it is.
After connecting the ethernet cable on Puck 1, turn the wifi off in the Pucks settings;
Settings>Network>Advanced settings
Do a quick power restart or a settings restart once you have made that change;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

I was sold pucks on the basis off , theres no need for cables etc , i dont wont ethernet cables running across my floors and up my walls etc , i went for the pucks because its wifi and not cabled , you wouldnt buy a BMW and expect a fiat engine 😅 to me after searching sky community and google this has been going on for years and yet sky is still selling it , to me its not fit for purpose 🙋♂️

Re: Sky stream pixelating
Suffering from pixelation issues like others. I was on holiday recently and only noticed problem in last few days. Sometimes end up with a blank screen. Sky internet is 100mbps and no problems using chromecast etc.
Is it worth re-setting puck to factory settings? Some posts suggest that may help?

@Beazie hi , already done that
I have tried every suggestion on here and on google , i have even followed skys employee suggestions on here , it just doesnt work , i think its time to call sky and cancel my contract and go else where , they sold me a product that is deffective. Not fit for purpose and when u try talk to sky they accept anything but responsibilty for there faulty product , i left sky yrs ago because of rubbish internet , i only came back because my provider has sold up. I thought sky would have improved , but they havent 🤷♂️

Re: Sky stream pixelating
In fairness I started Stream im March 2023 and it had been very good until the current problem.
As an experiment I am currently watching the same sports programme on my Laptop via Sky Go using the same home Wifi network as the Stream puck. Perfect picture with no pixelation on Sky Go whilst Stream still pixelating. Surely this is proof that Stream is faulty.?

Re: Sky stream pixelating
You may have more luck with Sky's NOWTV services if you want to access Sky's subscription channels🤔
