Sky stream pin wont work

Hello, just received sky stream but the pin won't work it tells me to enter the last 4 digits of my mobile number which I did and I haven't changed in 6 years I press forgot pin and it asks for the last 4 digits of my payment method which is direct debit so I put my last 4 digits of bank account number which has not changed in  3 years but it says incorrect and it's the second time I've been asked to wait 10 mins I also tried my last 4 digits of sort code which didn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?
