I have ordered my sky stream pack and I haven't recieved tracking number . I've ordered it since 14th of august. Can someone help me

Nothing it's just say it will be delivered 16th of august but I haven't recieved any message about tracking number.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Angelie you should have got the box by now if you ordered on the 14th. I have escalsted you post to the Sky team who support the forum who should send you an invitation to an online chat through the forum where a chst icon should be added.

@Angelie Have a look at posts 4, 5 and 6 above. Your issue was escalated to the Community Messaging Team and Sky tried to help you but you didn't respond to their chat request which was automatically cancelled after 48 hours. I would suggest you now phone sky customer services to discuss the issue and hopefully they will be able to resolve your delivery issue.

I hope someone can help me with my sky stream puck,I have ordered it 14th of August until now I haven't received it,I been contacting the sky for help they trying to sorted it but they said it called ghost order they can't find the tracking number and they will sorted it and order again. I don't know what to do. Can someone help me please.

They give me the number to call bout the sky stream puck coz they said it ghost order they give me a number I call them discusses and they said they can't cancel my order and I have to order again . They said they will call me but they haven't called me regarding my order.
