Sky stream not working

Sky stream not working 

No Signal  keeps coming up

unplugged the puck 3 times last time was about an hour

still no change

router all good 4 green lights done an online check for WiFi all good

had sky stream for over a year it's in the same place no one has been near the leads 

sky stream is really bad I've had nothing but problems with it since I got it

unfortunately the flat I moved into can only manage sky stream 

had sky q before very rare any problems

Wifi is not very stable  and the more devices  you have connected to  the  Internet  the  weaker  the  signal is to each one, and the minimum for a puck is 25mps the maximum  is 35mps  is what sky recommend i  have 2 55inch sky glass tvs a puck a sky live camera, 43inch lg smart tv Freesat box Personal computer Laptop Table 3 mobile phones, video doorbell smart meter, 3 alexas Xbox ps5,

And i am on gigafast broadband 900mps full fibre to the property  no problems, I  am just a fellow customer like yourself, but i  have had one sky glass tv and  my puck since they first came out in november 2021 never had any freezing
