Sky keeps shorting down on main tv but ok on rest

Hi

Our sky keeps shutting down on our main Tv. 
we have reset , trouble shooter and it has restarted at times . But each time it will cut off at some point during a programme. Does not seem to be something obvious and all other tvs working. 
We reset the puck box (I think that's what it is called square black box) a few times and unplugged everything also. 
advice needed now if possible.

Sound like  it might be  your  Internet, how is the puck connected to the Internet by wifi, or ethernet cable and what is your broadband speed, you check what speed  your  puck is getting by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network  the minimum speed  for a puck on hd channels is 25mps and for uhd channels is 35mps, so that could be  why  you are having problems with the puck
