Sky stream not working
Hi my sky streams not working keeps saying technical fault I've tried rebooting still doesn't work

@Sarah17101 How is your puck connected to your router? What are your broadband speeds?
What speed is the puck getting? To get the speed open the Netflix app o the puck, go to Get Help and run the connection test.
