Hi there,
I received my Stream puck today. Apps like Netflix and Discovery + work fine, but no other channels are working. I'm getting a 'there is a technical fault' message. My broadband is also with Sky and this seems to be working fine, although the router is in another room. Any suggestions? I've unplugged the puck but to no avail.
