When I turn on my TV then turn on my Sky stream, it is not turning on, it will go to sky home page I press a channel and will say currently showing, bit the screen is blank, can tou help

Firstly, try a restart of the puck.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates Select Restart device Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
