Hi @Castlek I have a Samsung S90C and the sky remote connects and controls the TV & soundbar.

Go to settings > connected devices and select Sky remote > Control your TV and then select Yes to connect your remote.  It should give you a number of available settings to tey (my gives 21 and connects with the first option).  If you get to the end of the options without success it should (it certainly used to) offer you an option to either enter you model number of ask it to find your TV.  I found entering the TV model doesn't work so use the find TV option.

Even with my soundbar I do not need to also select Control a speaker system as this is done through the TV.

To turn the TV off ysing the sky remote you need a long press of the power button (about 3 seconds)

I hope this helps 🤞

Thanks - tried all that many times and Sky stream puck just isn't recognising TV or bringing up Samsung model options for me to pair with.

@Castlek  My puck was replaced recently but I recall my old one had trouble with the remote connecting to my Samsung.  I have found an old post I made which worked for the poster of the thread on that occasion.  Although my advice was similar to my earlier post in this thread I have done a copy and paste in case it helps.  If not maybe give Sky Customer Services a call for some additional troubleshooting.  Alternatively if you prefer an online chat I can escalate your post (let me know if this is your preferred option).

First see if my previous post from about 6 weeks ago helps -  When  trying to pair my remote to the TV it responded 0 of 0 options.  I waited a bit and it then gave me the option of various makes of TV.  I selected Samsung but it would not find my model so I selected the option to find my code (can't remember the exact wording) and it worked the TV on the second try.

If doing a remote repair offers you the 0/0 screen ,not finding your TV or similar.

  1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
  2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
  3. Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue.

Go through the process of finding your TV and selecting your TV manufacturer as Samsung and/or do a  find it for me option and if that fails to find anything, do a settings restart straight away (as below) and after the restart has completed go into the settings menu, under Connected devices, select Sky remote and go through the adding Tv process.

This for some has after the restart, reset or woken up the Sky Stream puck and presents the remote TV offerings again.

How to do the settings restart.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
