Need help with restorting my sky stream tv as i have no outstanding bills as they have both been paid for

@Rheannonpayne  Have you setup a recurring direct being with sky??

Also note it can take a few days for any payments to clear in sky bank account

yes I have set up my direct debit payment with Sky

Have you tried a reset by turning your puck/glass off at the mains for a few minutes
