Hi so I have sky stream witch includes netflix. I feel behind on my bill and service was restricted. Iv since cleared the bill. Sky is running fine but can't use netflix keeps telling me I need a sky plan to use.
Any idea?

@MarkGoldsmith no it just sends me to the payment page. But iv already paid as it's part of my sky bundle.

Have you tried logging out of Netflix on your Sky stream puck and then logging back in?

@MarkGoldsmith I was thinking the same maybe netflix is abit behind and hasn't activated it yet. Will leave it for now and maybe give them a call off it's not back on tomorrow evening

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it doesn't work by itself and logging out and back in on the doesn't help, you could try rebooting the puck by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then trying to relogin to Netflix on the puck.
